Refund policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid Aidynamiccloud educational programs confirmed by invoice or booking email. Website prices are informational; the commercial confirmation controls.
Eligibility
Full refunds are available if you cancel a publicly scheduled cohort seat in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the published start date, provided no course materials packet has been released early under a special arrangement.
Timeframe for requests
Refund requests must be emailed to contact@aidynamiccloud.digital within the windows described here. Include your full name, organization, program name, and invoice reference.
Partial refunds
Cancellations received between thirteen (13) and five (5) days before start may receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of tuition paid. After that window, tuition is non-refundable except where required by law or where we cancel the program.
Non-refundable items
Third-party fees, custom case-pack development already delivered for a Control Circle, and completed one-to-one coaching hours are non-refundable. Self-paced digital primers are non-refundable once access credentials have been issued.
If we cancel
If Aidynamiccloud cancels a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra tuition. We are not responsible for travel or incidental costs you arrange independently.
Refund process and timing
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days after approval. Refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible; wire refunds may require additional banking details and can take longer depending on your bank.
Cancellation by participants mid-program
Withdrawing after the first live session does not create a refund right, though we may, at our discretion, offer credit toward a later cohort within twelve months for documented medical or relocation emergencies.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer protections under the laws of Taiwan(China) take precedence where they grant broader rights than this Policy.
